Our Philosophy

Integrisys technicians have performed over 20,000 residential installations over the past five years. We have done these installations for nearly every major retailer selling flat screen TV’s and home theater equipment.

 We disagree with the big-box approach to home theater and flat panel installations.Here’s why:

  Every home is different. Construction varies from house to house. Sending an installation technician to your home “blind” often results in disappointment after the technician explains to you the extra charges over and above the store’s package deal because of accessibility issues, component stand location, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances.

 In order to achieve an end result, customers may have to stay home from work on four separate occasions. (1) the delivery of your equipment; (2) the cable or satellite company to upgrade your box to high-definition; (3) the licensed electrician to install or move an electric outlet to achieve that perfect “suspended in air” look you saw in all the pictures; and (4) the home theater installation technician to install the equipment you purchased.

 Rescheduled installations routinely occurred due to the wrong bracket being supplied with the TV, incorrect cables to hook the system up properly, cables that were either too short or too long for the installation, and delivery snafus.

  Customers being misinformed or not told of the various restrictions on the scope of work offered in the “cookie-cutter” installation packages offered by the retailers.

  Inadequately trained store sales staff on the products themselves and the installation phase in particular leads to exchanges, returns and frustration for customers.
